Local Author Margaret Symmank will
speak about her new book Lower Than the Angels. Margaret Symmank is a
Texas playwright turned Texas novelist. She lives on the Gulf Coast in the town
she grew up in. Introduction by UHCL Professor, Dr. John Gorman. From
